I found the hotel to be quiet, clean, and safe, but not exactly a bargain. However, the location was convenient and the service was decent. The room had its quirks and the price could be better, but overall, it was an okay stay.
My stay at the hotel was decent overall. The rooms were a bit small and outdated, not exactly what I expected from the pictures online. The location was convenient, especially being close to the river and an excellent restaurant, Finn and Porter, but the proximity to the railroad tracks was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were sealed tight enough that we couldn't smell the smoke of the forest fires until we opened the door, but they were very cold and had VERY outdated pastel bathroom facilities. The service, including housekeeping and laundry, was satisfactory. The location was quite small, making it difficult for more than one person to get ready at a time, but it was excellent for the reason we were in Missoula. The dining experience was a letdown, with nothing special outside of being free. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs.
